Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
Bankruptcy help?
I filed a chapter 7 a year ago in June of 2006, since that time my husband has lost his job and the car loans that we currently have are fallen behind is there any help for me regarding my previous bankruptcy to prevent the taken of these vehicles. It seemed that right after I filed I went into more debt is there any answers for help?

You may possibly be able to file a Chapter 13. I'd have to see your numbers to see if that would work.
