Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

A firm bankruptcy has occured and a stay is made on a creditor. The firm exits bankruptcy, and then the stay is removed by the bankruptcy court and approved by the bankruptcy committee. Does the creditor now petition the ''old'' firm or the ''new reformed'' firm?

No one here can possible know the structure of any company that came out of bankruptcy, or what the creditor wants to "petition." See a lawyer who can review the documents and case files.
