If I get the forms from this source, will I be ready to file the paperwork or will I need a lawyor to file them for me? If I file them, where or with whom? Clerk of court?

Re: bankruptcy
Don't even think of filing a pro se bankruptcy. The odds are very high that it will be dismissed or that you will not be able to deal with the ocmplexities. "Forms" are a tiny part of the process. Do you know how to file them electronically? Do you know how to respond to motions and Trustee requests? Do you know what to do at hearings?
