Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

My mom and I are both on the mortatge of my home. She filed bankruptcy 3 years ago. I am wanting to file now, however her name is still on my mortatage. If she is retired can they garnish her retirement if I file bankruptcy?

If she received a discharge, and did not reaffirm the debt, she is no longer liable on the mortgage. If that is the case, the answer is no.
