Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
Bankruptcy question
In 2005 I filed for bankruptcy and listed a RV I was financing on that petition. I continued to pay for the RV, but I have fallen on some hard times and may not be able to pay any further. If I let the RV be taken by the bank, am I protected in any way by the previous bankruptcy?

That depends on if you did a reaffirmation. The attorney who handled your case can answer that.
