Bankruptcy and repossessions
I had my car repossessed dec. 31st and i want to know if i file chapter 13 will i get my car back. Also is ther a certain amount i have to make in order to do chapter 13. I dont make that much know but will be making more very soon. Just want to know what my options are. Thank You
