Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
if the business you own is filing bankruptcy and you have guanteed some of the loans, do you have to file personal bankruptcy also?

Your post indicates that you badly need experienced counsel.
Oftimes, if a business is closing, it is unnecessary for the business to file at all. And even if it does, a personal bankruptcy may also be needed.
But where there are personal guarantees, oftimes the individual must file to avoid losing all his assets.
