Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

Car Title from Trustee

I will send my final payment to my Chap. 13 trustee this week. Should I include a letter demanding my car titles within 30 days? Attorney has stated that it will take as long as six monthes to retreve titles. Father says I have the right to make the formal request.

You have a lawyer who knows about your case. Discuss with him/her, and ask how "demands" speed up the process. Is your father a bankruptcy lawyer?

Unless you plan to fire your bankruptcy law and let your father be your lawyer (a really bad idea since he apparently is misinformed), listen to your lawyer.
