Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
I had a Ch. 7 discharged in February 2010. I did NOT do any reaffirmation agreements on either the car or the house. Can I let them enforce their lien without further monetary obligation? Can they come after me for things that need repair on the house or car? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

The creditor can take their items back, if they wish, and you cannot be sued for the balance. As for the remaining issues, your attorney, who will know details, is the one to ask.
