Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

I have a home in Ca and GA can I file chap 7 in CA. We live primarily in GA.

Why would you want to? If Georgia is your residence (and has been so for a while) Georgia's exemption law will apply no matter which state you file in. It would make no sense to fly back and forth for hearings in that fact pattern (assuming that you could even file in a state other than your residence).
