Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
Chaper 13
I filed chapter 13, for the 3rd times this year the others were dismissed, I am in the state of Georgia, my home was being forclosed on and I applied again to stop the sherriffs sale, I applied before the sherriffs sale on my property and the Mortgage companies Attorney's was informed of chapter my 13 filing, they still forclosed on my property is this legal ? after filing chapter 13, What can I do to get my property back?

On a third bankruptcy filing there is NO automatic stay so foreclosures are not stopped unless you additionally seek an order from the judge reimposing the stay (by representing yourself you failed to seek this).
Your post is a good lesson to others: never go into bankruptcy court without a lawyer.
