Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

I have had two chapter 13 bankruptcies dismissed this year. Am I allowed to file a 3rd bankruptcy within a 12 month period and it go for confirmation?

Maybe, maybe not, depending on what you omitted: (reason for dismissal, what the dismissal says, what motions were pending, how long ago the other cases were etc). No one who has not seen all the papers from the prior two cases can answer the question.
