Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

Chapter 7 case was dismissed due to my not attending creditors meeting 2 times, therfore, case was dismessed. i need to file a motion to re-open my case. how and i do this or what is the process.

Unless you can show a compelling reason for non-attendance (like a lengthy hospitalization) it is highly unlikely you will be able to reopen on such grounds. Since bankruptcy is never a do it yourself project and I assume you used a lawyer, discuss this with your lawyer.
