Chapter 13 and Cosmetic Surgery
I'm under a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy now and considering some Plastic surgery. My insurance will pay for some but not all. I will have to get a loan through one of the companies that handle plastic surgery. Can I get this loan if I'm under chapter 13 or will I have to wait till I'm out?

Borrowing money in a Chapter 13 requires court approval.
Contact the attorney who did your Chapter 13 and knows the file. They can make the appropriate request, and if need be, modify the plan.
