Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

Chapter 7 Income

How are supportive monetary gifts of about 10-15k from family (mom and siblings) be viewed by creditors and the courts when filing Chap 7? Income from all other sources (self-employment) total less than 5k for the past 2.5 years. Will/can the creditors/courts come after/question those members for any reason? If so, are there any obligations for them to provide proof?
