Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
Chapter 13
Hello: I am recently divorced as of 6/2006. I was left with most of the debt and wondered if my chapter 7 was discharged with my x-husband in July 2004 and my chapter 13 in 2002, is it possible for me to file chapter 13 debt repayment plan at this time to get my debt under control? I do not have any new debt.
