chapter 13 refile

I filed a chapter 13 about 2003 mabe 2004. at what time can you file another chapter 13 again?

"Maybe" 2003 or 2004 is not going to give you a good answer on what you can file now. It is also just one of many questions that need to be answered before anyone can tell you what you can file now (if anything). See your old BR lawyer, or another one, to review your situation.

In some cases you can do it immediately. In some cases you will have a delay. It will depend on the previous case, so I'd need that information to answer.
