Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
Chapter 7
Hello:
I was wondering if anyone there knew of any Bankruptcy attorneys that do pro-bono work in the Metro Atlanta area?
Thanks,
Rachael

Re: Chapter 7
Because of the amount of work in a Chapter 7, most attorneys who used to do some pro bono Chapter 7s (like myself) no longer do. We still do accept reduced fee referrals through the Clayton County Atlanta Legal Aid Pro Bono project, so if you know someone who meets their standards for a pro bono case, you can contact us through them or directly (our contact information is at www.glenashman.com . At present, we generally charge a fee that is about 1/3 to 1/2 less than the going rate for Chapter 7's in Atlanta. Our office is in East Point. (Initially you need to complete the worksheet also found on our www.glenashman.com site.
