One of Our Clients Filed Bankruptcy
We received a notice of debtors' motion to approve compromise and settlements with closing agents. Do we have to be at that hearing? What happens if we do not? We also received a Notice of Meeting of Largest Unsecured Creditors. Is that more, less or same of importance? What can we expect? Also, the hearings a re in Delaware and we are in GA
