Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
I'm closing my business after 35 years due to the economy, it's a corp. I have a company credit card with 10K in debt, I have no way to pay it . What would be my best option?

If you have no assets to liquidate, no future earning potential, no ability to negotiate a payment plan or reduction in principal of your credit card, then it's time to speak with a bankruptcy attorney.

Much of the answer depends on what, if any of the debt did you sign personal guarantees for.
