Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

In Cobb Superior Court, I am being sued for 6 counts: Breach of Contract, Good Faith & Fair Dealing, Money Had & Received and Unjust Enrichment. There was a contract but I do not have a copy. The contract was joint venture with another company to do projects together. There were only 4 projects worked on together. The projects were not completely paid in full. The other company is seeking judgment against me, the attorneys' fees, costs and expenses and additional relief the court deems just. Our company and me personally has filed bankruptcy. This company was included with the bankruptcy. The United States Bankruptcy Court Discharged the bankruptcy with no distribution. However the lawsuit is still pending in Cobb Superior Court. What would be my next step to stop this lawsuit?

Fraud is nondischargeable in bankruptcy. However depending on what the company and you did or didn't do in the case you may have been discharged on the claim anyway. I'd have to see your file on PACER to know. Your chapter 7 lawyer can address this, it another lawyer can.
