Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
... if a company has gone through the courts and received a judgement for a customer to pay their outstanding account and you have a consent judgement also, can this customer include the bad debt on his bankruptcy and not pay the balance due?

A person who filed for protection under the bankruptcy code, must include all debts that they have at the time of filing.
