Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
contract prior to bankruptcy
Corporation had a contract with a client before filing bankruptcy. Their final payment was made after bankruptcy. Service was given, but not final product. Final product is about 15% of total cost.
Am I still bound to provide the product?

It is impossible to tell without many more facts concerning the terms of the contract, payments, services, etc.
