Converting from a chapter 13 to a chapter 7
Can I convert from a chapter 13 to chapter 7 and keep my home if it is included in the chapter 13.

The only person who can answer this for you is your Chapter 13 lawyer, and your fee to him included advice until completion of the 13. So ask him.
You may or may not keep the home depending on the amount of equity, whether it is current, your other assets and debts, and other factors. Your lawyer already has that information.
