corporate chapter 13

If filing chapter 13 on a s corporation do all creditors have to be listed? and do you have to file on personal liabilities because of being a s corporation?

Any individual, even if self-employed or operating an UNincorporated business, is eligible for chapter 13 relief as long as the individual�s unsecured debts are less than $250,000 and secured debts are less than $750,000. 11 U.S.C. � 109(e).

A corporation or partnership may NOT be a chapter 13 debtor.
