Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

Court fine not included in bankruptcy...

I was recently made aware of a court fine from 13 years ago in the amount of $325 that was never paid. I filed for bankruptcy in 2005, however, this debt did not appear on any of my credit reports at the time and so was not included in the bankruptcy. I was told (by the collection agency) that since this is a ticket, it cannot be claimed in a bankruptcy, that it is 'pulled back out' after the bankruptcy is discharged. What are my options at this point? Bankruptcy was filed in GA, fine is from a court in WA state.

Criminal fines are unaffected by bankruptcy. You probably also have a warrant for your arrest and a suspended license, so see a lawyer to help clear things up.
