Credit Card Fraud and Bankruptcy
If I obtained a credit card of the internet under my fathers name that he now knows about can I include it in a bankruptcy?

That he NOW knows about??? This is your conscience speaking and it sounds like you committed identity theft. You don't even want to go there! Bankruptcy law does not permit the discharge of debts or obligations resulting from criminal acts. Assuming the best, and that you and your father were co-signers on the application, at best, you will be discharged from that obligation, and, unless your father also declares bankruptcy, he will remain liable.
