Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
Can a creditor force you to pay after a discharge
My bankruptcy was just discharged. A pay day loan company called stating that they could not be claimed on a bankruptcy and that I had to pay or would be arrested and taken to court for failure to repay. Can they do this?

No (assuming your case was properly handled). You may have a great contempt case to get damages and legal fees from the creditor.
