Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
My current husband and I are going throug a divorce and we have a trucking company its an LLC in the state ga and he dissolve it without giving me any notice and started a new company LLC on the same day he dissolve our company together its that legal?

It depends. Do you have any ownership interest in the original LLC? Is there an Operating Agreement for the original LLC? Does the Operating Agreement require that your husband obtain your permission or give you notice prior to dissolving? Does your husband even have the power to dissolve?
You should report this activity to your family law attorney (I'm assuming you have one for your divorce -- if you don't, start by getting one) IMMEDIATELY.
