Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

default bankcruptcy

after default on houses, even the credit report shows @00 and now collections agencys come after you, can you file for bankcruptcy, the amount is around $150000.00, because now collections agency starting to call.i dont owe any other things, except student loan, which i am paying off. how much money i am allowed to make???? please advice. thank you
