Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
I have been discharged for a bankruptcy, but the lender refuses to pick up the vehicle, i tried voluntary repo before bankruptcy, but they failed to pick up the car, it has been 4 years, can i charge them storage fees

They don't have to take it back, and since it is still your vehicle, no, you can't charge them for storage. Insure it and use it until they want it back (if they ever do).
