Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
I am going through a divorce and my spouse lives in the family home. His name is not on the mortgage, but it is on the deed. The house is going into foreclosure and he has filed bankruptcy to stay the foreclosure. Is that possible if his name is not on the mortgage?

Sure it is - he is co-owner of the house. You should be addressing this to your divorce lawyer ASAP and not an internet website.
