Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
Facing Foreclosure
I'm 25yrs. old, married with 2children and 2 stepchildren, facing foreclosure and currently awaiting to be contacted about a possible forbearance plan. I was considering filing Bankruptcy. Which would be the best option for my situation Chpt. 11 or Chpt. 13?

Chapter 11 is primarily a business reorginization. You probably meant Chapter 7. It would be impossible to answer you without a detailed set of financial data. You can find a worksheet to compile that data at www.glenashman.com
