Is it possible to stop a FIFA Levy from my old HOA after a foreclosure for assessmets by filing bankruptcy and paying the HOA thru an organized plan

Your post doesn't quite make sense as posted, as why would you be concerned with a levy after a foreclosure?

However, to answer your question, most bankruptcies stop most collection efforts, and, depending on the case, may eliminate or reschedule debt payments.

Step one is to get a lawyer and fill in the missing details.

You are asking for a pure guess, since no one knows enough facts to provide a meaningful answer. See a bankruptcy lawyer in your area to see if you qualify, and what is or not stopped. If this is the only problem debt, you might be far better off resolving it.
