Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
I am about to file bankruptcy, however I just found out that my ex-wife is loosing the house she was awarded in our divorce, which still shows on my credit report. Would it be best to file bankruptcy after that house actually forecloses and include it in the bankruptcy or should I go ahead and file now?

Usually now is better than later. To be able to answer for sure I would need more financial information. But see an attorney in your area now.
