Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

How to file for bankruptcy when you don't have a job. I co-signed for my daughter to get a car in 2004(?). She stopped making payments in2006 (?). Car was re-poss. We have both been on haed times. Lost jobs. She is and has always been a single mom. I am not working and am not in good health, I cannot pay for this debt. I am on 12 medications. Please advise. This is the only bill I have that I am being harrassed dailey by phone, Its about $5,600.00
