Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
filed bankruptcy in 2009 chapt 13. It was discharged 2013. I was wondering if at any time the derogitory credit will be removed from my credit score?

Depending on whether creditors were paid in full or not, the bankruptcy should come off your credit in either 7 years or 10 years from filing (2016 or 2019).
