Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
My ex has filed for bankruptcy, he is off the deed but still on the mortgage. The mortgage is current. The bankruptcy trustee wants to sell the house ; how can I stop this?

Part of the story is missing. The Trustee only sells property of the estate so either the Trustee believes your ex owns an interest or the Trustee can reverse a transfer from your ex to someone else. There are many more important details. There is no magic answer to stop it - if it was that easy, the Trustee would not bother. You'll need to have a lawyer review everything.
There are too many variables to answer a question like that. You may have defenses to the trustee's actions but you need a very good bankruptcy lawyer to fight for you. No lay person can handle this kind of matter on their own, unless you're a natural legal genius and have been studying bankruptcy http:www/abc27talkback.com
