Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
I filed bankruptcy 6 years ago. My house was included. I have been voluntarily paying for it since (without signing any new papers) We are 2.5 months behind and they refuse to take a payment, but instead want all payments. Can they do this and what are my options?

Yes, and since your debt was discharged they are free to foreclose at any time. Your options are (1) work something out if you can, or (2) move.
