Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
we filed chap 13 in 2004. it was dismissed within the last year because we got behind on payments. since then my health has gotten worse and my wife lost her job and insurance. we are behind on all our bills and on the verge of losing our home. how soon can we refile?
