Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
I filed chapter 7 in 2008 but still have some dept that was not covered can I file Chapt 13 to keep my house out of forcloser?

You may in some cases be able to file a Chapter 13 after a 7. Keeping a home you retained/reaffirmed in a 7 would be one of the situations where you can reaffirm.
However, your post as worded is troublesome. You say you omitted debts in the 7. That is a felony and you can go to jail and have your discharge revoked. If you did omit debts, the remedy is not to file a 13 but rather to see your Chappter 7 lawyer to see if you can reopen the 7.
