Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
I filed chapter 13 in 2008. Since then I have been late on 3 current mortgage payments but never defaulted on the payments to my trustee. I now have the funds to pay the 3 mortgage payments but recently received a notice from Bank of America requesting the stay lifted. Can this be reversed once I pay the 3 behind payments?
