Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
I filed a chapter 7 (pro se) on September 3, 2009. A creditor is still garnishing my wages even though I notified them the day I filed. How do I stop them and can I get the money back that has been garnished after the filing?

You asked this before and the answer is the same as the last time you posted it. Bankruptcy is not a pro se project and you need a lawyer. Whether you can get money back depends on whether you did certain paperwork correctly and whether you qualified for an automatic stay (something we can't answer without seeing the paperwork).
