Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
I filed chapter 7 and have a secured loan (boat) that the funds were used elsewhere, nothing to repo. will this loan be included in bankruptcy. Have had loan for years and paid regularly.

You need to ask your lawyer. That could be a problem. A good lawyer can finesse a settlement in such matters and will probably save you more than your legal fees.
