Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
i filed chapter 13 last year in GA, i have just gotten a big medical bill is there any way to add this to my existing bankrupcy? or any other options they are asking more than i can afford to pay

I have to wonder why you are asking here and not calling your atorney (unless you made the horrible mistake of filing pro se). When you file a Chapter 13, your legal fee covers advising you all the way until the end of the case. It is vital when anything changes that you call him at once.
Post-petition debts are NOT part of your case.
Your options depend totall on numbers and information we don't have. You may be able to modify your plan to reduce payments, or maybe dismiss and refile either a new 13 or a 7,
Call your attorney. He will know.
