Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
filed for divorce, can file bankrupcy separately?
My wife filed for divorce about two weeks ago and temporary hearing is set in October. Can I file bankrupcy, just myself only without her income and spending?

One spouse can file without the other. Whether you would include or exclude some of her information depends on detailed facts we don't have in your question.
A more important issue is whether you should, as one case does affect the other, and you can't make that decision without an experience bankruptcy lawyer reviewing your numbers and situation.
