Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
I filed garnishment on my ex for $ owed in divorce decree, he then filed bankruptcy and I filed an objection to him filing on what he owes me? I recieved a letter from his attorney stating "Notice to withdraw Motion to avoid judicial lien". What does that mean and what action do I now have to take?

No one could begin to answer you without seeing your divorce decree, teh garnishment, and the entire bankruptcy file. See a lawyer. Most marital obligations are non-dischargeable, but you must follow appropriate rules once he is bankruptcy.
