Filing for Bankruptcy
What happens when you file for Bankruptcy and you never make your second court date for the process of filing to be completed? Thne itis listed on your credit report as a bankruptcy but the filing process was never completed. Can you submit a letter and asking them to remove it from your credit report?

"Filing process never completed" is not a term used by Bankruptcy Court, so no one can tell the status of your case. You either filed a petition, or you didn't. Talk to your lawyer.
