Filing a 13, but wanting to convert to a 7

I previously filed a chap 7 back in 2002 and had to file a 13 just last month. The lawyers said I had a really easy 7, but since the length of time was not long enough, I had to file a 13. How long would I have to wait to convert my 13 to a 7? I have a 03 Nissan Sentra on my chap 13, so I'm wondering would this prevent the convertion?

You should be asking this question to your attorney, since he's the only one who will have your file in front of him and can answer the question.
