Forclosure/Bankrupcy Question
If my house gets foreclosed on, do I go
into bankruptcy? House has 1.1 million
in debt but worth more than balence
owed.

You go into bankruptcy because you need to, based on all facts - which you did not, and could not, post. See a qualified bankruptcy lawyer BEFORE the foreclosure. In Georgia, after a foreclosure sale the house is generally gone for good, as is the equity.
